We listened to more of When You're Engulfed in Flames. Hilarious!
I checked my cell phone voice messages mid-afternoon, and found a message from my aunt's stepdaughter telling me that my aunt is trying to enlarge some pictures I sent her a year ago Christmas and is working from a photo calendar I'd made for them. Needless to say, the pictures aren't scaling very well.
I told her to have my aunt call me, and later she did, and we went through the pictures that she wanted. She told me that she's been working on this project since November, and whenever they come back, they're not good, from not being centered to the caption on one of them being cut off.
After we hung up, I got on kodak.com and ordered seven of the pictures she wanted as 8x10s and one that she wanted as a 16x20. She wants five or six more 16x20s, but I thought we'd just order this one first to see how they turn out. I had them shipped directly to her house. I think we've accomplished in about 15 minutes what she's been trying to do since November. I love it when technology actually makes life easier.
I had that mediocre salad again for dinner tonight. It actually tasted a little better the second time 'round.
I went to Flex last night, where it was fairly festive early, but dropped off pretty quickly as midnight approached.
I drove over to Legends, with Chris (zinnian) in tow, and I watched the show there, which was very, very festive. Lots of straight people there, and this one group of girls with totally, totally hot boyfriends. I watched the show until Coti Collins did her two Reba songs (Take It Back and Why Haven't I Heard from You).
I did not hear about this performance until Monday (tomorrow) morning at my physical therapy appointment, but it happened today at the beginning of the Obama inauguration festivities, and I just love it!
