I thought like a fat person and had their sausage and cheddar omelet, which came with hash browns and toast. At least I recognized that I was thinking like a fat person.
After breakfast, I dropped off Myra back at CECE, and then went to Helios for the morning, where I waited to hear from Kevin (av8rdude) about gym time for today.
A real beauty at onesentence.org:
When I was 5 or so my mom would tell me to lie down before she tied my tie and I just now realized at the age of 19 that she did this because she's a funeral director.

I met Kevin (av8rdude) at the gym at 4:15, where today I worked on my lower body—doing maximum reps (15) and maximum sets (5), as I was not intending to do cardio since it's a dance night tonight.
However, when it was all said and done, I said to Kevin, "Why don't we do just 20 minutes of cardio?" I thought I could talk him into it because of this. We did.
I am very pleased with my ability to do crunches now. I remember the first time I did them, I could hardly lift my body up—and I mean at all—and certainly couldn't get through four sets of twelve reps. Today I did five sets of 15 reps, and I'm not going to say it was without a real struggle in that last set, but I can do them. Yay me!

Tonight, I had that Southwest Pepper Jack Style Soup I bought a while ago, which I've never had before, and I was shocked at how spicy it was. I loved it though, as I love spicy food.
I also had two Blackened Cajun Fish Fillets grilled (originally) and then baked (to heat up). Love those, too.
Dancing was decent enough tonight. I tired to learn Buttons from a review, which was nearly impossible. I just hung in there, though, and picked up what I could as it went along.
Rick was trying out some new "tight-fittin' jeans" that he bought for his Amsterdam trip. Looked good. He leaves tomorrow; that's exciting. I wished him a bon voyage before leaving, and he did the same to me for the Stomp and my cruise. I'm going to be gone before he gets back.
