If you were independently wealthy, where in the world would you live and how would you spend your time?

I'd stay right here in Raleigh, but move to a place downtown. I would also quit my job, and I'd live 6 months here, and 6 months in one of the several countries that offer perks to ex-pats. The top five places are:

  1. Panama City

  2. Malta

  3. New Zealand

  4. Uraguay

  5. Mexico
