A relaxing day, a short workout, an RDU rescue, and some cardio dancing...

I was off from IBM today, and just had a very relaxing day. Yay me!

I did manage to get to the gym, but I only did a 30-minute workout, since it's a dance night, and I'd get some cardio in doing that.

While I was cooking dinner (peeling and boiling the shrimp for the Shrimp Cocktail appetizer, actually), my phone rang.

It was Irene, who was out at RDU, making a rescue call. It seems that she was expecting her sister to pick her up, but her sister wasn't expecting the same. I hate it when that happens.

And so does Irene. I ran out to get her, and since she had already eaten, she just had some Shrimp Cocktail with us, but did not join in our taco dinner.

I got a sweet, sweet, sweet card from Robert for Valentine's day. Thank you for being my Valentine, Handsome.

Dancing was fun tonight. Carl and Bill weren't there, and were sorely missed, but we had a decent number of dancers, and there was a decent crowd in the bar as well.
