Mom and dad arrived at a little after 3:00. Donna arrived around 5:30, and Vivian shortly thereafter.
We all ate at the Olive Garden at Crossroads.
Saying goodbyes to Donna, whom mom, dad, and Vivian hadn't seen in ages, was a little sad. I saw tears in mom's eyes, and I couldn't help thinking, "This sadness is because of me," which made me a little sad. Get off the cross; we need the wood.
Vivian and I got mom and dad set up for sleep, and we headed out to Flex, which turned out to be a fun evening. I taught Vivian three line dances (Boot Scoot Boogie, the Circle Jerk, and the Canadian Stomp) before everyone got there, and she joined in on them as they played during the night.
The "girls" all loved Vivian, and spent a lot of time trying to get stories about me out of her. Loose lips sink ships.
Back at the house, I did a small load of clothes, mostly of the stuff we'd just wore to the bar. Mom and dad slept in my bed, Viv in my guest room, and I slept on the couch.
I set the alarm for 3:00, and fell right to sleep.
