I got a meter parking spot on Hillsborough Street -- the one right on the corner by Sadlack's Heroes. Fortunately, it was about 6:43, so I didn't have to deal with the drama of putting money in it.
Before class, E-Ching and I did a co-discovery usability test for Will, with his "document" being Rolling Stone magazine. I was surprised at how much more I liked the magazine than I thought I would. It's got decent affordances. I wonder how that would be as a pickup line. "Hey dude, that's a really nice affordance you got there." or "Hey, is that an affordance in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?" But I digress.
As usual, it was a fun time working with Will and E-Ching. The only thing that would have made it more fun would have been if Jason Winter had been involved. Speaking of gratuitous blog references to Jason, tonight in class he said that I ought to sell ad space in my blog. Things that make you go, "Hmmmm!"
I was up until 3AM working on my non-instructional usability test, our final assignment in ENG 508, due tomorrow.
