The fruits of my labor...

~Tuesday~  Today I'm set to begin enjoying the fruits (and vegetables) of my labor last night.

I love it when I can start off my week with a bunch of healthy food to keep me on track all week. I spent about an hour-and-a-half slicin', dicin', and choppin' last night, and now I can...

Grab a one-cup serving bag of grapes for a cool, healthy snack:

Enjoy some sweet, ripe cantaloupe for breakfast or a mid-morning snack at work:

Eat this "Doritos substitute" with my lunchtime sandwiches:

And then there are these ready-for-a-salad ingredients to just throw in a big bowl when I get home from work and I'm not in the mood to cook:
