~Sunday~  I slept in until about 10:30 this morning and then slipped comfortably into my Sunday morning routine.

I actually had my usual "weekday breakfast sandwich" instead of making something different like a usually do on the weekend.

Sitting down to eat my egg whites-turkey sausage-and cheese sandwich, I put on my country gospel CD, and delved into this week's PostSecrets, which were all about mothers, I asked this question about them on Facebook:

You can see some very poignant responses, all of which I appreciated.

I avoided viewing this video on Facebook until I'd seen it posted by about six people and then finally did. I found it very well done, not to mention hilarious.

I was a total slug today and chose a two-hour nap over a workout. I am not proud of that, but it sure felt good.

I made Hoo-Mee (Yes, you!) chow mein for dinner tonight, adding diced celery, onion, and mushroom to the gravy. Most delicious.

I spent a good hour to an hour-and-a-half working on that very long blog entry of mine from yesterday.

When I got in my car at about 9:15 PM, I put my phone in my cup holder like I usually do, and when I pulled it back out real quickly to see if the ringer was on vibrate or loud, the bottom of my phone was wet. I looked in the cup holder, and sure enough it was wet at the bottom. I looked in the other one next to it, and there was even more water in that one.

"WTF???" I thought. And then I looked up to find my sunroof completely open. Then I looked on the ground around my car, which I found wet, presumably from a shower while I was stacking some ZZZZZs. I guess I left my sunroof open when I got home last night.

I arrived at Flex for scareyoke at about 15 minutes before Joe and by the time he arrived I was ready to leave. He had one beer while I finished my bourbon and diet, and we walked over to The Borough.

We had a lot to catch up on, and it was much easier to talk there without singing (or screeching) going on in the background and without being interrupted every two minutes by people walking by.

We called it a night at about 11:30.
