Flu? SARS? Silly...

I woke up at about 2:30 in the morning, sweating like crazy. I changed the heat to AC, got a drink, and went back to bed.

I woke up at about 7:30, and went into work. As the day progressed, I felt worse and worse. After the noon-1:30 conference call, I left work.

I was in the bed by 2:30. I woke up around 11:00PM, and then again in the middle of the night. I ate some cereal and toast, and went back to sleep.

I don't want to believe that this is the flu I have, as I had a flu shot in October. I don't want to believe it's SARS, but of course that's in the back of my mind, after being in touch with Wes after his having been in Hong Kong.

At some point during the day, I saw an obituary entry for MICHAEL MARTIN, 46, which was totally freaky. I wouldn't have dismissed it if the arrangements weren't being made by a funeral home in Fuquay-Varina. I do wonder about it, though.
