LJ clients for the Mac

I've recently purchased a Mac, and I want an LJ client from which to devise and post my entries.

On Windows I was using Semagic, which I loved and hate to stop using, but...

For the Mac, a quick Google search shows these: http://www.livejournal.com/download/?platform=Macintosh.

Does anyone use any of those that they recommend? If not, is there another you recommend?

Thanks for any help!

I sometimes use Xjournal, but I'm not a huge fan.

I keep meaning to see if DeepestSender, which runs under Firefox, works on the Mac, but I haven't. That's what I use on Linux and I like it better than Xjournal.

As a follow-up, DeepestSender does in fact work on FF for the Mac -- I installed and used it tonight. A bit wonkier than the Linux version but still better than Xjournal IMHO.

Did you find a client you liked?

PS: re: Live Traffic Feed - "Sammamish, WA"? Umm... no. Seattle baby, Seattle.

Hi Casey. Thanks for the follow-up. Just tried to get Deepest Sender, and it downloaded as an .xpi file, for which I evidently have no application that can open. I chose the option to check the app store for one and there are three of them, from $20 to $5. You know girl doesn't pay for apps.

I think I'm going to try Xjournal and see if it's at least better than iJournal, assuming I can install Xjournal w/o buying an app.

Thanks, again, for sharing your experience.

DeepestSender is a plugin for Firefox. If you install Firefox and download it, it will install and you can access it from the Tools menu within Firefox.

Oh! I'm going to have to think about then. I weaned myself off Firefox a while ago. I'm using Chrome now. But, thanks!
